Lately, my crafting and sewing have been in a funk. I am hoping that these beautiful brown fabrics help me out.
I'm thinking quilt of some form, anyone have any great beginners quilting templates, patterns or tutorials they want to share?
Also, I am thinking of starting link party to help with some of this lack of motivation stuff. I find so many blogs inspiring, but I just don't have the time to sit and browse hour after hour. Anyone out there host a link party already? Have any tips for me?
I saw those lovely fabrics and immediately thought: lap quilt. You can finish one pretty quickly, and it can stay on the sofa for cuddlin' while watching TV or whatever. I have an oldie-but-goodie book called "Time Crunch Quilts" and it is great. Pillows is another idea. Good luck-can't wait to see what you ocme up with!
