Remember way back when... when I made French Onion and Leek Soup?
It was a huge hit! So when I grew some Leeks ( that a dear friend gave me, Thanks again!)
I knew where they would be headed. Another French Onion Combo.
This time... I made Dip! Yum!
Using Guy Fieri's dip as my guide... I substituted the shallots for leeks. Yum.
