Chicken Parm Lasagna Stoup


Have you tried my Lasagna Stoup Recipe?

If you have, and wanted a chicken version, here it is!

Recipe:

Half an onion
1 garlic clove
Half a box of broken up lasagna noodles
4 cups water
2 cups chicken broth
1-2 cooked and shredded chicken breasts
Pasta Sauce of choice

Optional:
Mozzarella Cheese
Ricotta Cheese
Hard Boiled Eggs

In a soup pot (this is a one pot meal!) over medium heat put a little bit of oil, the chopped onion and garlic in pan.  Once the onions are cooked down a little, throw in the noodles, water and broth.  Cook for about 15 minutes ( most if not all the liquid will evaporate or be absorbed by the noodles). Once noodles are cooked, add the cooked chicken, and sauce.  Top with any or all the optional toppings!

Yum. Super quick perfect for the upcoming busy holiday season!
