I made this the other night, and boy was it good!
The only thing I changed about the recipe is that I added a can of corn!
Yum. Definitely going to add this to our meal planning!
This reminded me of the lasagna stoup I make. And next time I am going to prepare it more like the stoup, so that I dirty just one pan! To do so, I am thinking of following the directions for the stoup, and instead of adding the lasagna ingredients adding the taco ones!
Tacos and pasta...never thought of combining the two. I'll have to go check out this recipe since you gave it the seal of approval :)
