Finished! Sewn Insulated Lunch Sack!

Remember this?

I did it! After months of procrastination, I finished a sewing project. Now I don't know why I was ignoring my machine after all this time. I think Christmas wore me out... And sewing just wasn't happening.

I started out with Pink Penguins Lunch Bag Tutorial, but in the end finished it without the tutorial.  Maybe someday I will have the patience to make that beautiful bag. Or maybe its just me, I can't follow directions, or maybe I just like to put my spin on things.  I guess we will never know.

Here's my finished bag.  At first I thought it was going to be too small for tupperware lunches, but now that its finished, I can fit a one liter water bottle and more!
