That's what I did yesterday... Processed my rhubarb!

I picked, cut of the leaves ( they are poisonous), brought inside, washed, trimmed off anything that did not look appetizing, chopped, sorted and froze.  In the end, I had enough to make ten pies!  Yum!  Here's the recipe I use. That's right, I picked 20 cups worth of rhubarb yesterday alone!
