Broccoli Salad

You know it's summer when your making either a potato, macaroni or pasta salad once a week!
Well, to change it up I found this recipe a couple years ago and it's definitely been in rotation ever since!

The best part? No cooking! It's a chop, mix and eat salad!

To make you need:
Broccoli
Red Onion
Tomatoes
Celery
Mayonaise
Splash of Vinegar
Salt, Pepper and Sugar

Some other variations/addition I have tried:
Sunflower Seeds
Bacon (Yum! But makes you have to cook something)
Raisins

All you have to do is chop everything up into bite size pieces. Toss in mayo (similar to how much you add for pasta or potato salad) and  a small splash of vinegar.  Then salt and pepper to taste. And if you want it to be a sweeter salad add a tiny pinch of sugar.
If you need measurements here's a similar salad recipe.

Also, you could also probably lighten it up by using greek yogurt or sour cream instead of mayo!

Do you have any salad recipes you would like to share?
I love adding new recipes to our rotation so nothing gets boring!
