I love when inspiration jumps right into your lap!
That's what happened when I opened up my issue of Family Circle this month. There was this rhubarb recipe in it, and I had rhubarb in my freezer so I thought why not.
And, I even figured out why they didn't photograph the finished product. Not so pretty.
Texture wise reminded me of an applesauce, but I wouldn't eat it plain like applesauce. It definitely is an ice cream topping!
